The role
You’ll shape how our work looks and feels — for clients and for our own ventures. That means brand systems with a spine, typography you’d actually fight for, and visuals that hold up from a billboard to a 44px button. You won’t be decorating someone else’s strategy at the end of the line; you’ll be in from the first sketch, sitting beside the engineers who turn it real.
What you’ll own
- Build brand identities end to end — logo, type, color, motion, the voice in between.
- Design interfaces that feel unmistakably designed, then defend the details when they’re under pressure.
- Make the system, not just the screen: tokens, components, and rules that survive contact with a real codebase.
- Partner with engineers daily so your work ships the way you drew it.
- Set the visual bar for the studio and keep raising it.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years designing brands and digital products with a portfolio that has a clear point of view.
- Real command of typography, layout, color, and composition — the fundamentals, done with taste.
- You think in systems but sweat the single pixel.
- Comfortable in Figma, fluent in handing off to (and arguing with) engineers.
- A spine: you can hold an opinion through feedback without going limp or going rigid.
Bonus points
- You can move things — motion, micro-interaction, a bit of animation sense.
- You’ve shaped a brand from naming to launch.
- You can code a little, or want to learn enough to be dangerous.
