The role
This is the seat for someone who’s done with the sidelines. As Founder-in-Residence you’ll partner with us through JumpLoop to take a venture from a sharp idea to a real, funded company — with our design and engineering engines behind you and capital on the table. You bring the conviction and the ownership; we bring the team that ships and the runway to find out if it’s right.
What you’ll own
- Find or sharpen the bet — validate the problem, the market, the wedge.
- Build the first version with our engineers and designers, fast and for real.
- Get it in front of customers and learn out loud until it works (or until we kill it honestly).
- Own the company’s direction, hiring, and story as it forms.
- Set the pace. As a founder, the floor and the ceiling are both yours.
What we’re looking for
- You’ve built something before — a company, a product, a team — and carried the weight of it.
- Deep ownership instinct: you move things without being asked twice.
- Range across product, go-to-market, and people; comfort being the one who decides.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and risk, with the judgment to know which risks are worth it.
- A reason this matters to you beyond the title.
Bonus points
- A domain you know cold and a bet you’ve been itching to make.
- Prior founder or early-operator experience.
- A network you can pull on from day one.
