The role
We make real bets, and bets need an audience. You’ll own how Artyreal and its ventures show up in the world — the writing, the channels, the campaigns — and you’ll be the one holding the line between nice engagement and actual growth. This is a builder’s seat: strategy and the hands-on doing, in the same person.
What you’ll own
- Set and run the content + growth strategy across the studio and its ventures.
- Write things people actually finish — posts, essays, launch copy, the occasional thread that earns its keep.
- Own the channels end to end: plan, publish, measure, adjust.
- Turn what we build into stories worth telling, working shoulder to shoulder with design and engineering.
- Report on what’s working with numbers, not vibes — and kill what isn’t.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in content, growth, or marketing with receipts: things you grew, not just things you posted.
- A genuinely good writer with range across formats and a feel for voice.
- Comfortable with analytics — you can read a funnel and tell a true story about it.
- Self-directed. You can own the whole loop without someone handing you a calendar.
- Taste. You know the difference between loud and memorable.
Bonus points
- You’ve grown an audience from scratch — yours or someone else’s.
- You’ve worked with founders or inside an early-stage team.
- You can brief a designer and edit yourself ruthlessly.
