Overview

Dr. Sarah Al-Temimi practises medicine the way it should be — 30 years of clinical experience, hour-long consultations, root causes over quick fixes. Her old website didn't say any of that. We built the brand, the site, and the platform that finally match the standard of care: a doctor-led identity, a Webflow marketing site, and a real patient and doctor portal underneath it.

The challenge

Dr. Sarah had everything except a digital presence that reflected it. Three decades of medicine — St Bart's, NHS and private GP, then a specialism in functional and nutritional medicine. A genuinely different way of practising: unhurried, root-cause, whole-body. And a website built on a generic template that could have belonged to any clinic anywhere.

The gap was costing her. Patients who'd have trusted her instantly in the room couldn't tell, from the site, that she was anything other than ordinary. And there was no operational layer at all — patient management, consultation follow-ups, and test ordering all lived outside any system built for her.

The approach

Two jobs, run as one. Give Dr. Sarah a brand that signals her standard of care before a patient reads a word — and build the platform that lets her actually deliver and manage that care at scale.

    Medicine, in high definition

    The brand idea — "see your health in full high definition" — became the whole design language. Clinical credibility (certification marks, real biomarker visualisations) wrapped in warmth and clarity. Built in Webflow so Dr. Sarah's team can keep the content alive without an engineer.

    The care layer underneath

    Behind the marketing site sits a real product: a patient web app and a doctor/admin portal where Dr. Sarah manages patients, follows up on consultations, and orders and tracks tests. The marketing site sells the standard of care; the portal delivers it.

    Brand and platform, together

    The "HD health" promise on the surface is backed by a platform that actually surfaces a patient's full picture — every system assessed, every result tracked, every next step clear.
